battery problems

Recharged my new battery and it ran the machine for about 24 hours and shut off again, Recharged it again and it did the same thing. Third times the charm, I guess, because it has been running properly. Frustrating to the max. I expected Mosquito Magnet to respond to my first query after the battery didn't hold a charge but they didn't. Perhaps you need to recharge 3 times ?

Best way to control mosquitoes

I have swamp behind my house, when I first moved in you couldn’t go outside at night the mosquitoes were so bad . Bought my first mosquito magnet from the mosquito Magnet factory in East Greenwich ,Rhode Island, When they were a brand new company ,some 15 plus years ago. I have 4 acres of land and now have 3.Now I can go out to the pool after sunset and not get bit. A plus is they also trap those pesty nat and bitting flys.

I purchased a battery from a third party with Amazon and the battery was no good. Long story, but I ended up paying for a battery that wouldn't take a charge. No support from Amazon.
That's why I ordered from Mosquito Magnet. I haven't used the battery (North East) but know if there is a problem they will stand behind their product.
Wish battery pack was lithium ion type

Just bought the two pack of the rechargeable batteries - functions as designed. Older identical battery packs would not hold charge after several years as anticipated. Would like to see a change to Lithium Ion style battery to replace the Nickle Metal Hydride style. Somewhat expensive for the replacement battery packs does not help.
