I need the lure bait for my patriot plus as I am in TX and the mosquito's in my area are the asian tiger type. What bait do I need and how can I purchase? My unit didn't come with one.

I thought these units ran completely off the propane tank. Is an electrical power source now required?

The Patriot Plus Mosquito Magnet is corded and runs on AC power. It needs to be plugged in to run. The Executive is powered by a rechargeable battery that is used only during start up.

Does the Patriot arrive with attractant in the box or do I have to order it for a brand new unit?

In answer to your question, please go to our website www.mosquitomagnet.com. Then go to the Patriot Plus, Model# MM4200B. Scroll down past the pictures. Go to tab "Resources" and click on manual to view the information below.
Parts included: Bug bag; 10 metal power cord burying clips; and 50' power cord. (Reference page 5 of online manual.)
There are two (2) attractants available to you, which are Octenol and Atrak3N. Please select the appropriate attractant according to your location. (Reference page 9 of online manual.)

How much propane does the device use? How long does a tank typically last?

Most traps use a 20 lb. propane tank, which should be replaced every 21 days.

Where I live, the power supply is 220V AC. Your power adapter says 120V AC. How can I connect it to a 220V outlet?

The Mosquito Magnet® Patriot Plus Mosquito Trap is designed to operate on 120V and is not compatible with 220V power sources. Using a converter is not officially recommended by the manufacturer, as it may affect the trap's performance and void the warranty.
