Replacement Power cord for your Mosquito Magnet® Patriot Trap if your trap was purchased after December 31, 2012. Please refer to item # MM120001 if your Patriot trap was purchased prior to January 1, 2013.
Our Mosquito Magnet® 50 ft Power Cord allows you to place the Mosquito Magnet® away from your family and closer to mosquito breeding areas, lessening the chance of your family being bitten.
The length gives you options for placing the Mosquito Magnet® in your yard. Note: Corded Mosquito Magnet® traps come with a power cord. This is a replacement part.
The power cord was for one of my neighbor's two Mosquito Magnet Patriots he has running on his double lot and swimming pool area. It's located on a salt water lagoon at the South Jersey shore. They trap mostly biting gnats that hide in the decorative grasses. I estimate the two machines trap over a thousand gnats each in a 24 hour period, I have to empty the traps every other day.
The replacement cord fit perfectly and did the job. It is important, and refreshing to be able to easily and readily get parts one needs to keep equipment one has made a substantial investment in running.
When you buy from the source, you always get the right part. I tried buying from other places, and the cords didn't fit. Imagine that! Mosquito Magnet gets it right the first time!
We have LOVED our mosquito magnet. . .It has "cleared out" a major part of our tree and shrub property!!! It has made our Minnesota home that much grander in the summer months! YAY! We are on our 3rd unit in 15 years. . .and will continue to use. Had a problem with "starting" (after one year) this spring. . .but called, they requested sending it in for maintenance, attempted and when not successful they totally replaced it FREE of CHARGE! Outstanding product. We are on our 4th over 20 years. Frankly, I wouldn’t enjoy the summer months outside if this workhorse wasn’t running 24/7 from late sori g through fall. I would recommend mosquito magnet to anyone who doesn’t want mosquitoes around
