Fault Code 93

This fault code could be caused by one of the following problems.

• Internet connection is down - Open a command prompt (START-Programs-Accessories-Command Prompt) and type in PING 4.2.2.2. If it says PING TIMEOUT, there is an issue with your Internet connection. Contact your Internet Service provider.
• Wireless Router may not be compatible - Open a command prompt (START-Programs-Accessories-Command Prompt) and type in PING 4.2.2.2. If it pings, it means your Internet connection is not the issue but it may be your router. To confirm, unplug battery, wait for 10 seconds and plug battery back in. If it still says 93, check router compatibility list. If your wireless router is NOT on the compatibility list, this means you need a router that's compatible with the Commander trap.
