When it works By Alfred

I’ve owned at least 5 mosquito magnets... when they work the are awesome... when they work is the key word.... all they need to do is up the quality of parts... the unit needs a commercial kitchen ignition system. What they are installing is crap. Works for a while then you can’t light it. Tanks empty... good luck. They would be the best machine on the planet if they up the ante... what’s the problem??? It’s going to raise the price of the unit 25-50$??? And yes customer service terrible is being nice.

Customer service needs massive improvement By Steve

Unit is fine, but customer service is terrible. The unit I was sent was clearly a reconditioned unit or a recent return. Unit arrived damaged and I both called and emailed customer service each. No reply from email, and run around from phone line. I simply wanted to have the unit replaced at no charge, but this seems to be beyond the scope of the service department. I am a big fan of the technology and have been for years but this is simply unacceptable.

great product, needs to be more reliable. By RB

This was my third Mosquito Magnet. All have failed after about 2 to 3 years of use. The product works great, but for almost $1,000 (when I was buying mine) I'd like more than a few years of service. shipping it somewhere for repair is not practical. This time around the electronics have failed. Heavy Rain last hurricane season (Harvey) seems to have shorted something out in the panel. Definitely Need to make the product more weather resistant. I will be buying a new unit, but I'll be buying the cheaper one this time.

Good product By Len

I purchased 2 Executive units in June, so it was after the mosquito season began. At first, there was an extremely low catch rate, but I found that by moving both units to new locations, the catch rate improved. The bags never got filled, or even close to filled, but the bottom line is that we were able to enjoy our patio with only an occasional mosquito sighting. Prior to the Mosquito Magnets, we couldn't sit out for more than 10 minutes.

Easy to set up. By Carol
This was easy to set up and customer service quickly handled replacing a part that broke on it when it was received. It hasn't caught any mosquitoes yet though. I would have though after a this amount of time I would have seen something in the net.
