Mosquito Magnet® Repair Process

Below are the steps to answer questions about your trap’s performance.

  1. Review the Online Product Assistance instructions and animations.
  2. Call Customer Service for additional product assistance support.
    This is required for all In-warranty traps.
  3. If the trap is Out-of-warranty, you can
    also contact a Certified Service Center or Customer Service.


    Note: When sending in for repair, complete the top section and include the
    Service Request form. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
    number is required for all In-warranty repairs.
